While it is probably over, it is in fact waiting to be decided. The only reason you would lie and say otherwise is if you are try to sell condos.

Is not over at all. If the decide rent control does not apply, one can try to seek damages as the apartment were offered for more then 20% less then they are offered now. The rent control letter can be seen as a serious decisionmaker in regards to the buy/no buy decision.

I actually doubt that the city is going to take that liability, so it's definitly not over.

You're living a dream. But I did enjoy reading this from your post: "the apartment were offered for more then 20% less then they are offered now."
Can you say, insiders who decided not to purchase blew it?

I can say insider who want to sell in 2 years will be screwed with all that inventory coming onto the market and interest rates rising.

What goes up, comes down. Nasdaq 5000

Someone sounds really jealous that they didn't get the insider rate!!!

All insiders have seen significant price appreciation - how much depends on the unit. The market would have to totally collapse for insiders to lose anything.

You have no clue what you are talking about.

Plus, you must be an awfully miserable person to get joy out of what you perceive to be a problem for people. That's really sad.
