I know, but they "Toll Brothers" wanted to do some landscaping and make it nice, but the government so far, will not allow them to do so. The have good plans for hill that leads to the tracks and the 80 feet in between, but like I said they are being constrained by the government. I was going to buy and apartment facing that side but when they told me about that issue I shifted to the inside of the building.
