Relax. Its a condo. Not at 3-4 thousand sq ft house.
There's a kitchen, BR (maybe 2). Living/dining area and mayble a place to put a washer dryer. That's basically it. There's no study, basement, florida room. |

I bought at Gull's cove and got a nicely laid out 2 bed. The units are spacious and good value. Having reviewed all the condo's thusfar released, I'm not sure why there are comments about bad layouts. I just don't see it.

Can I ask what is a good floor plan for a 1 or 2 bedroom. Can someone please enlighten me on how spectacular an 800-1000 sq ft of floor space can be? I have looked at tons and tons of 1 bedroom floorplans and I dont think i have ever left saying holy sh!t that floorplan rocked!!! |

floorplans in 1 and 2brs matter much more than those in larger units or homes. when you're dealing with limited space, how it's laid out is critical. poorly thought out layouts can make if very difficult to put your furniture in place in a way that looks nice or is functional. if i'm buying a 5br home, the layout matters less, because i can spread my stuff out.

I agree floor plans could get bad but I highly doubt a new development built from scratch from the ground up is going to screw up a floor plan. Usually it happens when you take an historic building or one with some age and try to make space out of it. |
