Overpriced.
Ask a realtor that's been in town 6+ years -- the place was known as "The Sh*tyard" (w/ a T) because of the bad construction. The view is nice, but the market is cooling. Wait a while and you'll get a better deal. |

Wow, 6+ years in real estate and you don't even know that the builders of the Shipyard and Maxwell Place are different? Do you even know which of the buildings at the Shipyard is a rental and which is condo? They really need to make that Real Estate test harder.

yea, 3 min walk to a ferry that goes straight to wall st, in my office in 20 min.... soooo rough
