Review - I think the poster below is reviewing Korman rental apartments at City Place. No free starbucks for me in the morning :(.
With that said, the Promenade is a great place to live. I love the views, convenience and ppl here. I just love being in edgewater and being in the middle of everything. I guess other ppl feel the same way about the place since any units that come on the market go real quick.

Review - I have moved to this apartment complex for 1 week. So far, there is nothing I can really complain about. The neighborhood is very nice and convenient. The mall is right below the building. A movie theater is next door. Breakfast is served every morning with Starbucks coffee. Tazo tea is served every afternoon. The rent is not cheap but this is what you have to pay to live in a luxury apartment complex. Some people complained about management office. I have no problem so far. Maintenace people repair my problems the same day. Cable TV and internet are both quality services.

Review - I live here and just LOVE IT...!!! IT IS luxurious living with a Gorgeous View of Midtown and Downtown. I am married with a child. I never want to move from here. The schools are great, people are professional and shopping/movies next door. (My better half loves the shopping).

Review - I live here. I love it! My view is to die for. This is the most fabulous place in the world, and I'm never moving! Not even 10 minutes from NYC, it's so close- yet so far away. Why would anyone want to live in a closet-sized, over-priced apt, with a bad view, and a lot of noise, if they could afford to live here in a palace just like mine!
