Review - I am currently an owner here - phenemonal value for what you get - prices are a good 50% cheaper than buldings within 1 mile - and you get a bigger apt, cheaper maint and just as nice a building. Its older - but with the pool, hottub, and 1 bedrooms over 1000 sq feet for 40-50% less than edgewater buildings - its a no brainer for people who aren't wealthy. Plus the city view side of the building is second to none - better views than any building in the area due to the location on the cliff. Extremley well taken care of and city bus is right outside the building
