Review - We have bought a bunch of stuff at different times from Battaglia's and have received excellent follow up service. Although the help may seem gruff, it really seems as though they might be shy. I have had numerous exceptional experiences here, and you can find pretty much anything that you may need - not cookie-cutter and definitely unique.

Review - Not exactly the place to visit when you're on a budget, but as another reviewer mentioned it has great and unique stuff, mostly contemporary, that you won't find in other stores without a commission-hungry salesperson pestering you.
I was hesitant to even bother visting the store given the negative service reviews here, but went there anyway ended up buying a dining set. Our buying experience was positive and we're likely to shop there again.

Review - Great and unique products. I found some items that I had not seen at any of the larger furniture store. I thought the service was fine. The sales person was knowledgeable and my purchases were delivered quickly and professionally.

Review - Really great eclectic things shown to you with a little bit of an attitude. The product far outweighs the personality of the owner.

Review - Horribly pretentious establishment for absoloutely no reason. The quality of the furniture is good but by no means fantastic. There was no service, and the establishment owner needs to take a course in customer service and general etiquette.

Review - Interesting and useful knick knacks for every room in the house. I've found great stuff here, though at Manhattan prices. Service varies between so-so and downright rude, and that goes for most of the staff.

Review - Products are great but the service is horrible. The guy who acts like the owner (he's not) is unhelpful in the extreme. He swore a sale item I wanted had been sold and persuaded me to order it at full price. The sale sign was back on the item the next day. Two of my friends had similar experiences. Won't be going to their new store, but love the kitchen store!

Review - wonderful stuff but rude establishment. the people that work there are snobby and outright not welcoming. i know it's a yuppy town but everyone has the right to browse and look around without an attitude.
