Review - I worked with Millie and she was magnificent...even though she rented me a no fee apartment -the service she gave us was A+ rated...we got a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of NYC right on Blvd East and she made sure she protected us in every way..she is the best realtor anyone can ever have!!!! - THANKS A MILLION MILLIE

Review - I highly recommend working with Millie. I told her what I wanted in an apartment rental and she showed me a place that fit my needs perfectly. Not only did she negotiate a great deal, but she was exremely accomodating as well. If you are looking to rent in Hoboken, go to Millie. Her boss, Skip was also extremely helpful with the whole process. Thank you both!

Review - Skip at Brownstone helped us find our 2 br / 2ba condo in Hoboken. Not only did he have a great knowledge of Hoboken and Jersey City but he was also extremely efficient (showed us SEVERAL places within our budget each time we went out). I can highly recommend Skip at Brownstone if you're in the market for a condo and your time is valuable!

Review - Brownstone Realty, Inc. is a great place to go to look for apartments if you work with Millie or Adam. They are a pleasure to work with. They found me a great place to live and Millie got me a great deal on the price...she is AWESOME...

Review - I worked with Skip Murphy. What a gem he found me and at a great rate! The savings I got on rent outweighs the fee. Definitely recommend. Keep in mind that the renter's market can be tight at lower price points. You need to be ready to act fast.

Review - Finding a new home can be the most stressful thing. I have had an amazing experience with Brownstone Realty. Nice people, helpful and knowledgable about Jersey City and Hoboken. After wasting countless days with other agencies, my realtor, Leila Bowie listened to my requests and actually found it! Bravo!

Review - The guy I worked with who kept me waiting half an hour, and did not even have the courtesy to call during this time and tell me I will be late. Most places he showed me were places that I had previously picked off the internet myself and made appointments with. On top of it, he offered to Accompany me to a place where I had already made an appoitment myself, and then, when I signed a lease there, claimed broker's fee from the apartment manager because he came there with me!!
