Review - I hired Mr. Connolly last year for my closing. He helped me work through an extremely difficult closing. Matt Connolly talked me through processes and helped me understand some of the difficult decisions that I had to make, that aren't normally part of a regular closing. He also stood up for my rights when the seller was making inappropriate demands. I don't care what the other reviews are, I would hire Mr. Connolly in a heart beat for another closing. And his staff was helpful as well.

Review - Matt Connelly made an extremely difficult closing much easier. He didn't just follow through on my purchasing my current property. He defended my rights when the other party started waffling. I highly recommend him.

Review - Mr.Connolly,represented me on a purchase of a building in jersey city,He is such a nice person, he took care of everything,he really took his time reviewing the contract. Patricia was very nice she returned all my calls.I will recommend him to all my N.Y. friends.

Review - I was very impressed by Matt and his staff. They accommodated me in every possible way. What impressed me the most was Matt's patience for my lack of real estate knowledge. He walked me through the process step by step. I have referred him to many friends whom all have had the same positive outcome! :)

Review - I recently used Mr. Connolly to close on a property, and I agree that he is indeed a very nice man. In general, he and his staff get most of the job done. Unfortunately, most is not good enough in this line of work. Here's a short list: Money intended for my HOA is somehow missing from the closing; One key item was omitted from the closing, and I am still waiting after 2 months for him to correct; finally, the staff has NO follow-through whatsoever and are horrible about returning calls promptly. In general, this just doesn't cut it. His office treats closings like they come off an assembly line with little attention to the details that make each deal unique.

Review - I hired Mr. Connolly for a property closing last year. He is a nice man, but the service in his office was worse than terrible. It is nearly impossible to get a call back if you have a question, and, more than once the closing was delayed because of their mistakes. Just this week, nearly a year after the closing, I was informed that his office never filed the correct paperwork with the county and technically the unit is still in the former owner's name. What?!
