Review - I dropped off a sweater for next day service, and once my form was filled out I was told they do not do next day service, even though it says it on the window. I was assured I could get it on the day I needed it AT 7AM WHEN THEY OPENED, which was the absolute latest I could get it. I rechecked this with the girl over and over and was told it would be no problem to get it at that time. Not only did I wait OUTSIDE for a half hour because they did not show up until 7:30 (making me late for work), but when they showed up they told me that it was not their fault that they opened late and if I didn't like it I should go somewhere else. (too bad they already had my sweater!!!) After the woman yelling at me some more and mouthing off to me in a language I did not understand, THE SWEATER WAS NOT EVEN THERE!! They searched and told me that the sweater was not even in the store and I could pick it up the next day, so the important sweater that I was ASSURED would be there was not, and I had to go out and buy another one because I needed it that much.
