Review - The line out the door should do nothing to discourage you- these are the absolute best bagels, bar none. (As a New Yorker, it's hard to admit Hoboken water could produce better bagels, but it's true). A bit of a crisp on the outside and the right chewiness on the inside. These are NOT Wonderbread fluffy soft bagels which mascarade as the real thing in some places. The everything bagel is a fav b/c the everything part is slathered on and actually stays put despite handling. Bagel buttons are great for kids but go hard really fast. Try the whitefish salad- it's always snow white, not oily and doesn't have a fishy smell. They also appreciate a real appetite and pile on the cream cheese so if you only want a whisper of flavor, be sure to tell them. Guys who work there know their customers and move you out the door fast.
