Review - To whom it may concern, (July 5, 2004)
I am the brother of the late P.O. Louis Scardigno of Jersey City. On July 5, 2004 my family had mass service for my brother. Louis would always tell me about the brotherhood of policeofficers. I am pleased, that unity extended into the brave policeofficers of Hoboken. I thank you one and all for all the assistant that was given to my family, at a time that was needed. I am proud of the honor you all gave him and my family
