Review - Despite the other reviews on this site, I find that Indian Way's service is very reliable. I've been using them about 3 times per month for years, and I find them far more reliable than other car services in the area. I have had other car services not show up or show up very late, but when I call Indian Way for a pick up they tell me whether they will be there in 5 minutes or 10 minutes and the estimate is usually very accurate. Occasionally, I will be told 10 minutes and wait for 12, but I always call the dispatcher back when the time is up to ensure that my car is still on it�s way. I have never been made to wait more than 5 minutes past the estimate. I have, however, been told occasionally that there are simply no cars available.

Review - The taxi never showed up. A few days later I asked another driver what happened. The driver said Oh he was probably just stealing other customers. This is why cabs come really late or not at all. These guys are the worst.

Review - for sure the driver took her to the police station she was physically abusing her small daughter smack after smack it was a horror he saved the childs life and was a hero in the police station ]the little girl was a foster child the driver was valiant

Review - This is the worse taxi service ever. The taxi driever actually kidnapped me and brought me to the police station where he had me arrested.
