Review - I made my first gynec appointment with the doctor about 3 weeks ago for this weekend. I drove all the way to Jersey City on the cold Saturday morning for my appointment. Upon reaching there, I found the office closed. I tried numerous times to call but continuosly got no reply on the number. Finally someone answered the phone and informed me that the doctor was away till Jan 9th! <

Review - Dr. Masson is highly intelligent, excellent doctor, but her office(s) are an administrative nightmare. I stoppped going to see here b/c I just couldn't take it any more, and that's a shame. There is no excuse for waiting 2 hours to see a doctor when you have an appt.

Review - I have heard of her. She has been practicing for a VERY LONG TIME! . She delivered lots of babies. :-)

Review - In answer to one of the reviews about Dr Masson or her staff not calling you in advance to reschedule your appt.........she's done that quite a number of times. If you really want to continue seeing her, you will just have to make sure to call her office on the day of your appt to make sure that they are open.
