Review - I was treated with respect while very nice people answered all my questions on auto insurance. They helped me get through the maze of obtaining which document first... I am new to the state. They were also the least expensive of all the prices I obtained. Well done.

Review - They were the only person that was interested in listening to what I had to say about my unique situation. I have moved to this state with a company car that was being transfered into my name. Every company was charging me as a new insured (which made my premium increase). It was nice to be able to sit down with a person, face to face, and have them help me. I will be sending anyone who needs insurance to this agency.

Review - I have experienced terrible client servicing from this agency. I understand they are the middle man dealing with insurance companies that leave much to be desired, but they make little mistakes which inconvience their clients as well as cost them money. They also can't seem to get their facts straight - everytime I call about my policy someone tells me something different. I will be looking to switch very soon.

Review - These people need some customer service training. Plus, the hours that are kept are not condusive to anyone that works a 40 hour workweek outside of Hoboken.
