Review - Very safe and secure garage. Attendant is very nice and professional. Only had one problem where they had my wrong address on file for monthly parking so they thought I was not paying my bill and had to keep coming in to tell them to change the address. Other than that, a very nice and secure garage.

Review - I am a frequent customer of this parking facility and I have always received top notch customer service.
However, most recently I experienced customer service that I can only describe as poor. The interactions with the manager/parking attendant was unacceptable. The employee also neglected the fact that he inconvenienced this customer and continued to demonstrate poor employee performance.
I would like to state that my vehicle has always been kept and returned safely.

Review - Parked here while on a 10 day business trip out of the city and couldn't leave my car on the street in fear of the yellow boot when the street cleaners came by. At $15/day they were the cheapest covered lot I could find and didn't look at me like I was crazy when I said I wanted to leave the car there (some of the other lots did). Felt safer because it is an attendant park so there weren't people looking at my vacant car for the week. Will park here again next time business demands it.
