Review - I love the kickboxing classes here, but what really helped me was the 10 week program--- I lost more than 5% bodyfat and almost 30 pounds! This place really cares about people!

Review - If you interested in cross training, mix in one of their classes each week as a change up from your normal gym routine. Great cardio, shoulder, and ab workouts. I can target muscles that I just cant hit with free weights.
