Review - The apartments in this building are aesthetically pleasing and comparably large for Hoboken, but the appliances are quite old, especially considering this is supposed to be a luxury building. The managment company employs a doorman on weekdays, which is a nice perk. Generally I have no complaints about noise. However, I wish that I had been advised that this was a pet-friendly building prior to moving in, because I am constantly trying to tune out barking dogs and many of the common areas smell of dog. Also, even though each tenant pays for and controls their own heat, the system is constantly in disrepair and it emits nothing but cold air for days/weeks on end.
