Review - Overall I am very happy with my apartment at 101 Clinton. I have lived here for over 6 months and have yet to see 1 roach. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The forced air heating has our electricity bills at around $50 a month even in the winter time. Although when I first moved in I could hear the baby next door crying at night I haven't heard a thing otherwise. I'm also on the top floor and have a corner apartment which might add to my satisfaction with 101 Clinton. Also, it's a short walk to the path and a convenient location.

Review - Negatives are that- Rent is expensive, but so is everywhere else in hoboken.
-Also it is pretty loud on 1st with sirens and garbage trucks
Positives- Great place to live. . Building is always neat and clean and managment is responsive. Heating bills are cheaper than most other places. Great location!
