Review - It is run by a father-son team. The son is friendly and tries to be helpful, but is a stark contrast to the father, who is rude and abrasive. A simple repair that should have taken a few days took them two weeks. It would have taken them longer but their parts supplier is lacking, and I had to personally take the time to track down the necessary parts for them to complete the repair.
To top it off, they work they did was incomplete. I was hit in the rear quarter, which required changing of a lower control arm and spindle, but they used the original wheel bearing. When I drove off their lot, I instantly heard the sound of a near-seized wheel bearing that was screeching loud enough to be heard a mile a way. If they had just driven it around the block, they would have noticed but it was obvious they didn't feel it was worth their effort.
