Review - I live in a building managed by Hudson E.M. My apartment is great! Very affordable rent and nice interior. BUT THAT'S IT. THEY WILL NOT FIX 1 SINGLE THING!!! EVEN AFTER REPEATED BEGGING, PLEADING, ASKING. EXPECT HORRIBLE GOD AWFUL APPLIANCES, the only way to get new or even decent ones is if they break (hint hint) Don't expect any form of secured premises. Expect pest problems and be prepared to have pest control products yourself and keep requesting an exterminator. Key tactic, is good relationship with office staff and pay rent on time, that may help you a little more in getting results, even though they will be EXTREMELY MINIMAL.

Review - Terrible services offered by this Apt. Building. Other than the courteous greeting by the security guard in the morning this building looks to be a mess. The tenants complain of bad management both from the ownership and the rental office. The employees are not compensated well which is probably one of the reasons things do not get done.I wouold not believe such a beautiful building can be run by such unprofessional ownership.
