Review - If there is no window, it cannot be classified as a second bedroom.
I've seen these units when listed with Weichert. They are quite nice, but they are basically 1 bedroom units with a study.

Review - if there is no window in the second bedroom can you legally sell it as a bedroom?

Review - Guest building, however 95+% of the units have no windows in the second bedroom. In my book, that's classed as a study. So $650+ per sqft for a 1 bedroom + study doesn't sound so great. In fact I've been in units where the master bedroom doesn't have an windows - Now that really sucks.
Nevertheless, it is a great building.
