Review - We love this place! Great food - always fresh and everything is made from scratch, friendly staff (don the owner is so sweet) and warm decor. I think they will need to extend their space as the dining room is getting too small for them - during the winters w/out the use of the garden. They are open for dinner and we have never gone since they are only open until 6 or so. In addition, we don't really think of this place as much of a dinner place but more of a great coffee shop/cafe.

Review - The Baker Boys Cafe is a gem of a find in Jersey City. The menu's sandwiches are creative without being snobby, the brownies are melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the owners and staff are all fun and friendly. As an added delight, the backyard garden is decorated in such a whimsical way, you will undoubtedly smile as you enjoy the Cafe's treats in such a peaceful place.

Review - Baker Boys Cafe is by far one of the best eateries in downtown Jersey City. All their food is fresh, their menu is imaginative, and the food, prepared from scratch takes a little longer but is well worth the wait! I think they have the best sandwiches in the area, and their desserts (especially the brownies) are outstanding. Service is good and the staff make you feel right at home. Go to the garden, one of the very best I've seen in an urban setting in a restaurant! Go!

Review - We live in the neighborhood & this is by far our favorite place in Jersey City.
Everything is fresh and wonderful. The service is friendly. The menu changes, so there is always something new to try.
I suggest the rasberry lemonade, the greatest brownie ever and any of their sandwiches, croissants, breakfast burritos...I haven't had one thing there i didn't like.
Sit outside if it's a nice day!

Review - I live in the neighborhood and LOVE Baker Boys. The sandwiches are great and a little different than what you'd find elsewhere. My only complaint is that I'd wish they'd stay open later so I can get dinner there when I get home from work. **Their brownies are the best in the State, so stock up when you go there**

Review - I highly recommend the Baker Boys Cafe. The owner and staff are warm and personable, and make customers feel right at home from the moment they walk in the door of this small cafe. The menu is imaginative without going overboard and all of the ingredients are fresh and appealing. Modifications to the menu are handled without complaint or fluster. We have been there several times and have loved everything we've ordered.

Review - The Baker Boys Cafe is one of the best eateries in JC. The staff is uber-friendly, with smiles galore. Their menu is unique and guaranteed to please your palate. I love (and tend) to go there during the nicer seasons of weather when I can go and relax in the garden in the back. You are instantly transported out of JC into a beautiful, calm environment. Check it out!

Review - A friend from Jersey City introduced me to the Baker Boys Cafe, and even though I live in Brooklyn, I make a monthly trip just to delight in their creations. I just love their tomato bisque soup, with homemade croutons and fresh, melted mozzarela. Yum! And even though I special request their avocado spread on any sandwich I order, they always oblige with a smile. The Boys' desserts are so tempting, I inevitably cave in and sample a different dessert each time. Looking forward to the springtime where I can spend some sunny breezy afternoons in their outside patio. Worth the trip every time I go. DELISH!
