Review - Are there studios in this building? Any pest problems?

Review - I 've lived in this building for the past five years and have moved around within the building two times. Here are a few things about the building:
-- Don't expect that management office will return your call about a repair. (I have been calling them since last July about installing window screeners, to this date I still have none)
-- Don't expect hot water to take a shower in the morning. This has been a building-wide issue from time to time since last summer.
-- $200 lockout fees at night if you happen to leave the keys at home while out. This fee can be reduced to $50 during normal business hours.
the list can go on and on, but I am sure you get the idea. So why am I still living there? Coz my lease is not up yet and management charges dearly for moving out early.
