Review - They were very flexible on scheduling a cleaning quickly but the workers didn't do as good a job as I hoped. I had to point out some obvious things that they missed and didn't feel they went the extra mile.
I would use them again but would like suggestions for a better service.

Review - Regina's Maids do the bare minimum. They do not clean behind beds, tables, etc. They dust/clean/vacuum surfaces, and do not scrub bathrooms until they sparkle. Some crews are better than others, but overall I have been very disappointed.

Review - Initially their work was fine but not exceptional. They didn't go out of their way to clean. Later work slacked off and they had scheduling problems.

Review - regina's did an excellent job! from the phone conversation to the cleaning i was never dissappointed i could not wait to get home and see how beautiful and how much i was relaxed instead of spending my only day off cleaning regina's did a job better than i ever would have! thankyou.Melanie Gavin

Review - Regina's showed up on time, but that was the only thing I felt they did right. When they were done, my kitchen looked like it was not cleaned at all, the baseboards were not done though I was told they would be, the bathroom was dustier than before they got there, and they let my cats out of the apartment after I instructed them not to leave the door open. I was extremely dissappointed with the services provided.

Review - I was thoroughly disapointed each of the 4 times I used them - kept giving them another shot and they where ALWAYS late and ALWAYS without a phone call to tell me. When I called the office they were always dismissive and rude. I felt the cleaning was not done well - you could never see a difference and I always found dust...very, very disapointed

Review - There was a problem EVERYTIME they came. They used brillo on the stainless steel surface; they don't dust/clean under furniture; they don't clean the bathrooms thoroughly; they took checks not made out to them. Calling the office doesn't resolve a thing - then they have the nerve to ask if there was anything they can do when I walked into their office to cancel the services.

Review - Not very thorough cleaning at all. I had them coming every-other Friday for a few months and then they stopped coming on Fridays, then I’d call and they came on Monday, then they started coming every other Monday which is what I didn’t want. I gave them a couple more tries and still screwed it up. So I canceled the service and that Friday, I come home from work, and they cleaned the apartment… after I canceled the service! And of course, I was sent a bill for that cleaning. I repeatedly got notices that I owed them for the cleaning, so I called and the person there said they’d take care of it. Now I’m getting notices from a collection agency.

Review - They do not have standard rate. Ask them. Depending who is picking up the phone, they charge whatever they want. For me, it was hourly rate. It took them 1 hour just to clean the (small) kitchen. (stove scrubbing not included.)
Be prepared when talking to the manager.
The managers are more unprofessional than the workers.

Review - Well as the others have said the cleaning was mediocore. When I returned home after they had been there- you couldn't see a noticable difference in the overall appearence of the apartment. Sad to say that dealing with their office was even worse. lost credit card info, keys etc. When I cancelled they did not care. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Review - Initially they were fine. not great, but fine.
However their work gas gone down significantly. I have had two items broken, and one item lost (and its more of personal significance than anything else), cats locked in bedroom. I have had different service week to week.
I wouldnt suggest them.

Review - I had a terrible experience dealing with them. They were supposed to come for move-out cleaning. They did not show up at all on the scheduled day. When they came the next day to clean the place, they used such strong chemical that they stripped the paint off the kitchen cabinet. When we called and complained (and talked the owner in person), they said they would send someone over to assess the damage, but that someone never show up. I talked to my friend who used them a couple of time, he told me the same story. They do a medicore job and they tend to break things too. I would never use them again.

Review - First time, they were late by an hour. No calls, just assurance that they'd be their in a few minutes every time I called. Cleaning was average. Not bad, but lots of little things not done, or obviously done quickly.
Second time, they were an hour an a half late, which made me late for MY work. Their excuse was that they weren't sure of the street even though they'd confirmed the appointment the night before and had been there two weeks prior. I had to leave for work and cancelled the appointment. They seem to be all about volume and come up short in quality and customer service. I will never use them again.

Review - They were awful. The first time they came, they were an hour-and-a-half late (my boyfriend had to stay home from work because of it). They did a mediocre job. Never did anything beyond the bare minimum. I gave them another shot, and the next time, they called (after they were already supposed to be there), and said that they didn't recognize the address (nevermind that they were already at my apt just 2 weeks before), so they never showed up. I called them and said forget it - and I'll never use you again. They just said ok - no apologies, nothing... Like I said... awful.
