Review - I have used their service many times and the staff seems to be very courtious and on time. They have not let me standed or made me wait. They even called me to inform me that the car was near. I believe that when weather is bad even public transportation is late. They are great. The dispatcher very polite.

Review - Just horrible. More than once I have been left waiting without any updates or calls. Twice the driver picked up someone else they found on the way to my location, keeping me hanging for 45 minutes once! They lie all the time, don't care about service and not reliable even if you confirm with them the time way in advance. Just bad service.

Review - I took their service twice. The taxi came on time but both the times the driver asked for more money than I was told over phone. When I asked for the reason I was told that it is for extra toll. Both times I took the taxi to JFK airport so the driver must have figured that if he asks for 14$ more in toll nobody will know and I as a passenger will have no way of complaining since I am leaving the conuntry. I am sure both the times the only toll both we passed was for Holland Tunnel.
Won't recoment this to anyone unless you talk to driver beforehand about how much the toll will be.

Review - It was a snowy night in December. I called a taxi at 9:50 PM to pick up me, my girlfriend, and our two little dogs because it was too cold for them to make the trip. I asked for the taxi to come in 30 minutes(10:20)
We went outside at 10:15 PM. Cars were passing by but the taxi was not coming. 10:25 came. I callled the taxi company to see where the car was, they said it was 2 minutes away so we decided to stay outside even though it was freezing.
10:35 came and the taxi still wasn't there, they told me it was seconds away when I called back to check again.
10:45 came and they called to say the street was blocked off, which was weird because cars were passing me as I spoke to them. If those cars could find a way here, surely a professional taxi driver could have.
I told them No thanks, I'll just walk it because it's late and I'm in a hurry. At 10:55 they called to say the car was there. I told them I had already left, they said rudely, Sir don't call us again.
This taxi company was late, lied to me more than once, left me in the cold, and then was rude to me. Horrible, horrible experience.
