Review - I've lived at Troy Towers for over 7 years. The building, staff, view, and amenities are excellent. New lobby, elevators, and washer/dryers. Renovated pool and 2 year old exterior renovation all enhance the building. With the exception of a few trouble-makers, the building has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Overall easy and somewhat luxorious living.

Review - I have lived here for four years and the place has become better and better. All the amenities, the best views you can find, what is not to like. As for expense, this building is the best bargain in the entire area.

Review - It is rare to find an apartment in this building that is not over-priced. Many of the sellers really aren't interesting in selling, they just want you to provide a free appraisal of the property by bidding. The building is old and located in Union City ... one of the worst cities in New Jersey. Theft has occured in the building. Management fees have increased steadily every year due to the Board's incompetence. Don't look to buy or rent here.
